Ordered parts and received nothing. Company cashed check. Have sent numerous e-mails and received no response. Called phone number and just got a message saying " Leave a message "... Still no response. Went to address listed on website and found that it was a home with nobody answering the door. Have found many complaints online but company is still in business. They have even opened up a new website at: apexgaragedoorparts.com with the same address and phone number. No response from this website either. I send a dozen e-mails to each website every day with no response. I will continue to e-mail them every day until there is some action. I urge others to do the same.
I have also reported this company to the Trenton Better Business Bureau and to the FBI Internet Crime Compaint Center (IC3) and notified them of the new website.
