It has been almost 2 and a half months since I have placed my order. I have been promised at least three times that my order will be shipped, once on January 12, again on February 19 and finally on February 27. I am still waiting for delivery. I have been sending emails on a daily basis, also I have been trying to call but thier voice mail is always full. Their website was shut down by netfrims and they have come up under a new one under godaddy.com, The new site is www.garagedoorpartsllc.com.
I have filed complaints with the BB and IC3, as it looks like this company has been doing this for a while - I have seen over 200 complaints. I just wished I had seen them before I placed my order.
