I ordered garage door parts for $136.89 on June 10 on their
internet site. I paid by an e-check. My check number 3262 cleared June
11 and again on June 17, for $136.89 TWICE. I filed a FRAUD complaint
with my bank Wells Fargo. Apex finally refunded one of the two charges
of $136.89. I have not received the parts as of today September 17,
2009. When I call 973-458-9414 I get a bad message "Leave a Message". I
talked to Richard on phone Friday July 24. He said under new
managment, finance would check and refund one check, and they would
ship parts Monday. I have not received any parts or communication.
Others have had problems.

person says "BTW, I also went to their listed address in Passaic and
found a boarded up house and noone willing to discuss the business
."
There are other complaints on this and other web sites. I demand a
refund. This company needs to be investigated before other customers
are victimized.
