I have bundled services with Comcast. I am stuck in hell with this company. I fell behind on my account and was making monthly payments along with my regular bill.
I called Comcast to cancel my high speed internet and home phone. I was told that they would not cancel my service unless my account was brought up to date??? What does a past due bill have to do with my cancellation? I asked the person who I talked to and she was not able to reply. So now they have cancelled internet and phone, but will continue billing me for full service until the past due amount is due. Does this make sense???
What we need is to know what government agency we can report this company too!
