AT&T
Wireless wouldn't change calling plan sent and billed for phone i never recieved. Gave me the run around

I tried to change my calling plan to fit my needs and they wouldnt because they were switching to GSM..

So i decided to purchase a phone with a AT&T rep. (that way i could get the minutes i needed a month) and i never received it..

They say i still have to pay $50 for a phone i didnt receive and i can barely afford the one i have plus i still have a year and a half left on contract so i still have to pay for another phone on top of the one i didnt receive that i may not receive as well..

I could have wept i almost did..

I feel sick and disgusted with this company and will NEVER do business with them again..

They act like there is nothing they can do for me. So now what just screwed???
