Us cellular company, over the phone failed to clarify to me that when i was changing my plan to more minutes. I needed the next plan for more minutes on my plan on December 29, i called over phone to be changed to next plan, which i did., it went through but the lady didnt tellme that from that date i was entering a new one year term with US cellular. This has ruined my respect to this new company US cellular.
Very upset, i recently called to cancel, my my service on 3/17. TJ one of the supervisors said there was going to be a penalty for canceling a contract i never signed nore agreed to!
YEs im upset so im advising people to please be careful what you do when you change your plan to more minutes or less.
Dont get screwed like i did now i have to pay high fees.
Not only from this penalty but also from excess minutes I used when i changed plans assuming i had nights and weekends. Which i didnt have with their plans! They also didnt tell me THat!
