Told me that i had won 2,536, 092.23 all i have to do is send them a check or money order

I got an express notice in the mail from prize research intelligency stating that i won 2,536, 092.23 and i all i have to do is send them a check or money order for 20 dollars and that the money would be rushed to me as soon as they recieve the 20 dollars. The notice said that i need to send them this money before 07/07 and that the deadline was strictly enforced.
