These funds are offered by third party sponsors and are not affiliated with pria, an independent notification agency. It has a return deadline date postmarked before midnight, 2 feb. That will be strictly enforced.
An account was etablished in my name and the number appearred on a professionally prepared document. The return document requested my initials for 4 yes/no answers and my signature in ink and date. With the following statement " by my signature below i ceritify all answers are true. My transfer fee of $20 is enclosed in cash, check or money order payable to "pria".
Please rush my cash prize to me by bonded federal carrier." there is no phone #, e-mail or other contact information on the notice. The signature on the document for the director is unledgable and there is no name displayed in the signature block.
