I went into take my rv out of storage permanently because of the problems the manager (vanessa) was given him. When i went in there, with my brother, she gave us more problems.
She would not stop talking about the incident that happened previously, so i told her to stop talking and process me out of there. My brother went outside to call the district manager (Eric Wiegel) and tell him what was going on, he did nothing about it. And when I went to leave she called me an: A*e. I was finally contacted about this incident from someone at corporate in california, and was told that they would just "talk to her". I told them that was not very professional at all. Mind you I am disabled, and it is hard for me to get around, and to be called that, is appaulinng.
Please find another storage, and when you do, ask alot of questions. Because this manager also told me that i had to have insurance thru them, which i found out later that i did not, and cancelled it.
These people are not professional, and they are not trained, so how is it that they can work there?
