Someone picked the lock on my storage unit at Public Storage. The insurance company Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Says this does not qualify as forced entry and will not compensate me for the loss. Public Storage appears on the outside to be a secure storage facility but there are no cameras inside the buildings to prevent people with access from stealing from you. The insurance policy they sell you has many loopholes for them to avoid paying you.
