UPS, intercepted my packages right when they had reached my city. Without giving a reason they transfered the packages to the Fraud Risk Department, so the packages could be inspected (i guess). I was told that a representative would get back to me within 24 hours. One man did call and asked a few questions" what are you shipping?" I said truthfully personal goods such as my sons toys, bedding, clothing, school materials, ect. I also mentioned I was shipping a large amount of items because I was moving out of state by airplane. I was then told I would be contacted again in 24 hours, again, and again, and again. I am tired of being lied to. This has caused me a lot of stress, my son has no toys. He is only 1 and a half. My wife begins classes Monday and her books are in those boxes. My sons photos, baby clothes, ect. Are also in those boxes. My boxes are on the way to the Fraud Risk Department to be searched, I don't mind them being searched, but why can't I get more questions answered? Why did they all of a sudden confiscate my boxes? Will I ever see them again? I will never use UPS again! They completely left me in the dark. It has been a week already and no answers! They are just doing whatever they wish with my packages! On my time and money. If any one could give me advice I could sure use it please.
