They stole my money, ripoff, consumer fraud ripoff

I sent my money in then they proceded to only send me about 10 of the 85 leads i had ordered none of which met my criteria. I kept calling and calling but they would not return my calls after taking my money.
After promising a refund for a couple of weeks i got a hold of someone else who told me that i would have to send a letter, then hung up the phone on me. After sending a letter in instead of sending a refund they started sending me leads again after two weeks of not getting any leads yet they still did not meet the criteria. No one there ever returns phone calls and they are rip off artists who should be put out of business. As I sit here they still have not sent me leads again for two weeks and no one else should ever send them money they would be better off burning it in a fireplace.
