The same exact thing happened to me that happened to Pat in Burleson, Texas.
Placed an order, It never arrived, they charged my credit card then sent e-mail saying it was back ordered.
I called this company before I placed my order and I was told it was in stock!
I called and cancelled my order, The oriental (her accent) sounding woman told me it would be 24 hours and it would be completed.
That was on May-12 it is now May-20th and still no refund!
I have been calling the past 3 days and the phone numbers listed are constantly busy.
I called the operator, she tested the phone numbers and told me the phones appear to be "off the hook, no conversation on the line" Same with fax line.
I called my credit card company and they still have not gotten the reversal of charges from them.
This company is listed on YAHOO! Shopping.
Complained to Yahoo about this and Yahoo shopping team is just as bad as this company!
