Picture perfect scam. I initially spoke with Tony, in which he guaranteed that the price would not be above our quote of $2,625. This service included free packing and unpacking.
The packers did not show up until nearly 4pm and did not finish until 2am the next day. We paid them 50% of the estimate as stated in the contract. I called in on Saturday to make sure everything was ok with our move, and was told by Jaycob Krii that we were to overnight them $4,200 or they were not going to send things to Denver. This happened again on Monday and again on Tuesday (6/15 & 6/16.)
Upon delivery of our household items, we were charged an additional $500 for a "fuel surcharge" based on the original estimate of 8,750 pounds, $400 in packing fees (again not included in the original estimate) and an additional 4,000 pounds of weight.
Jaycob (aka Yaakov Krii) refuses to speak with me, and claims that he has filed a police report against me for calling in.
These guys are a real piece of work!
