Midland Credit is trying to recover an Out of Statutes account that is over 10 years old from the former Montgomery Wards Co. That went out of business about 10 years ago.
The collector refused to provide validation and documentation of the debt and refused to provide an physical address to send registered letter to them. He would not even provide a P.O. Box address.
He was rude and could barely speak English. Maybe someone needs to go check Green Cards at this place, where ever they actually are.
