Midland Credit Management has ignored three Validation Debt letters sent to them by Registered/certified mail with Returned Receipt. According to the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Midland had thrity days to provide information to validate an alleged debt which they allege is owed. Also, the statute of Limitations has also tolled on the alleged debt. There is not any information about the alleged debt provided. A bill for a sum of money for this alleged debt has sent on three seperate dates. If a Collections ageny or it the Registered Agent does not respond to the Validation Debt Letter within thirty days they must cease and desist moving forward to collect.in so many words, they do not have any more time to request payment for an alleged debt if the thirty day period after receiving the Validation Debt Letter has passed. Also the alleged debt must be removed from all credit reporting agencies and a letter showing that this has been accomplished must be sent to the writer of the Validation Debt Letter.
