Do NOT ever, I mean ever - go to Rocco's Family hair salon if you are needing/wanting to get your hair highlighted or colored - or have eyebrows waxed!
I have gone to this salon several times and have been extrememly with the results every visit. This last time takes the cake.
I went and requested an all over color. Brown. Not hard to do.
It seems as though the stylist over booked herself because while I was inder the dryer - she was working on another client. Which left me sitting there with hair color dripping all down my face - until another stylist came to my rescue.
Anyhow, once I was back in my stylists chair - my hair was red (the color was actually lifted from being under the dryer too long). My hair is naturally brown to begin with - which is what I wanted!!!
Again - -I have been to this salon several times - and will never go back after this (what I thought would be very easy) experience!!!
Supposedly many, many years of training in that salon... Um seems they need a few refresher courses!
