Not answer or performing there service. A request ticket and no way to call for help

Can you help me or tell me what to do or other places I can write to.

They are a wholesale directory firm that supposed help find real wholesalers and there slow or don't answer there tickets to request help or return your emails.

They say in fews hours to 3 days on a source request ticket and I have been waiting 4 days and that is horrible service.

I like a refund? Unless your ripoff can help me Smiles
