My daughter ordered a ticket to a concert. When it was getting close I told her to call them because she did not get her ticket. They would not answer or return a call. I faxed them and told them I was contacting the credit card co., they then called said they did not have the ticket. My credit card was charged. They said I could fill out their refund request and I would get credit. That did not happen so I contacted the credit card co. They gave me credit. Then I got a fed-ex pkg. Threatening to sue me. That same day my credit card was charged for a Dell computer that I had not ordered. Coincedence? I don't think so. I got credit for that, cancelled the card. Two months later they are still calling. I reported them to the Nevada Attorney General but have not heard. Do Not use these people and report them if you do get scammed. They will probably change their name so beware of others. I have never had trouble with Ticket Master but who knows these days.
