Finding their (Wholesale Portal) control panel user unfriendly, i subscribed to their phone service for tech help. After paying the $99.99 for the phone service... The person answering said they don't do tech help... Only order and sales information and that making a new ticket for a refund... Would be promptly handled (at least i think that's what she said... Her accent was so bad i had to have her repeat everything she said 3 times).
Wholesale Portal states all tickets will be answered in one business day (unless a very complex issue)... I made a ticket for the refund on the 7/14 and by 7/20, still had no response to the refund ticket or the 2nd ticket i made out for information and as to why i got no answer on the 1st ticket.
