Coretrans is a remake from Eagle Carriers owned and opperated by Mike and Brian Whitaker how this company stays afloat I don't know, They're turnover rate speaks for it's self, they run good driver's off.
Brian was over opperations when he killed a driver in PA and quickly went to office mangement (rumor is also that he paid the people at GEO-LOGIC money to delete the conversation between he and the driver) now Brian runs the shop area and totes a pistol afraid someone will beat him up.
Here's my beef with this company on March 23 while I was in Fairplay, SC at 12 noon Iwas sent a dispatch to hurry deliever the load I was under Bad Creek, SC to Morehead, KY then drop the trailer and pick up an empty go to Harroldsburg, KY to Barre VT by the next day by 8 in the morning I informed my fleet manager Jay Hess I could not do that legally also informed safety Mary Wiles and safety / opperations manager Marshall Miller that this load could not be ran legally VIA phone I was informed that if I did not take this load I was going to be fired so I informed them I quit so as I braught my truck in I was encountered by driver recruiter Travis Brinson he was coming out to fire me. After I quit they in turn decided to make false accusations against me on my DAC/USIS.
My question is this how come this company stays in business, or how come the Whitaker's can close the doors then reopen as another company to avoid law suits
