I had the same problem with champion windows of Omaha. They leaked air and water would come in and I reported it to the owner Alan Freilich and did I get the run around. This guy would claim everything he could to get out of fixing my windows I never in my life had a worse experience with a so-called accredited company. What made it worse was that the BBB of Omaha bent over backwards to kiss Champions behind so that Champion would keep giving them their money every year to be a accredited company. You cannot keep the BBB going if you make the companies who give you money mad. Well all I could do was take Champion windows of Omaha to small claims court and I got my money back and had some good windows put in by a real company not one of these so-called quality window ripp-offs (Champion windows of Omaha)
To all who would think of buying windows from this place, please, please, please, think before you buy from Champion windows of Omaha. Learn from my mistakes and misfortune and save yourself a year of chasing after Alan Freilich to get your money back, but I got it back and it would have been easier pulling my own teeth. Alan Freilich is a con man and his company is a terrible joke that plays out on unsuspecting customers all over Omaha and surrounding cities. He comes off as the best person in the world, it is all a con game to him he has your money and his warranty is a joke so is his claim to satisfy the customer. People watch out for this one (Alan Freilich) and Champion windows they will take your money and leave you with a very cold and wet house. Thank you ripp-off.com for being there for the consumer.
