Will Not Pay for Damages Done to your TV by there installers

ON March 12th a DirecTv installer came to my home to install an HD DVR receiver that i ordered for my Hitachi HD 55" DLP I got from Curcuit City a lil over a year ago but never got HD programing. My appointment was set from 8am till 12pm the installer showed up at 1:58pm he then proseceds to move my dish from the side of my house where it was fine with no signal problems to the front of my house blocking a bedroom window the old dish he placed on my front lawn and left it there i still have it,

Less than one hour after leaving i noticed neither my TV or the Receiver was getting power and would not turn on with the power switch i called the installer who said he would call me back after finnishing with the job he was currently on i never heard from him again, i called DirecTV the and explained to them and they set up for a supervisor to come out. The following week a direcTV supervisor came out and assess that the TV and Reciever were both dead and to call the damage claims Dept. And i did i was then told to get a professional est. Submit with pictures, and i did.

I was told i would here from them in 14 days. On march 30th i called and was told they would have to send someone out to take pictures and they did the first week in april and was told i would here from them in 3 to 4 days i called in 5 days and then was told to call the company that did the installing i did and wass told by them he would have to speak to his tech and would call me back i never heard from them again, i called DirecTV again and was told that again someone had to come out and take pictures and someone came out that very day and i would here from them in 5 days wich i did not

After repeated calles back and forth being told that someone from the installation company should have called me back and never did UNTIL MAY 20th to tell me that my damage claim would be denied cause there in house tech says that he couldnt see how there receiver would do despite the FACT that i have a dead TV AND a dead reciever less than 1 hour after it being installed i am curently seeking legal action on this so if anyone can offer any advise or help it would be greatly needed
