I started receiving bills for United Voice Mail starting back in Sept. 2002. I never ordered Voice mail services from this company, but they started billing me anyway. I was told that I had to have authorized this because they had my birthdate. I don't know how they got my birthdate or any other information, but today I was told by Intergretel that they would take the charges off from the last 6 months.
