"Optimum Voice Mail" admitted representing itself in a free recipe ad. I signed up for free recipes not knowing anything about Optimal Voice mail. I already have voice mail and extended services with Verizon and would not knowingly do that "useless service" for me.
They charged my Verizon phone bill through Integretel who slamed on Verizon. Verizon said I got slammed and integretel has done that many times according to their records.
Optimum has removed 2 month charges (15.65 15.65) but say they can't remove the $18.63 charge which was a "set up" charge from Integretel. If you have other charges against them, I'd like to know.
