I just received my qwest phone bill and have a 15.74 charge from ingeretel/nationwide voice mail. I called qwest and they informed me nothing they can do due to fcc rules. I am livid. I looked up Nationwide Voice Mail and their website has no place for complaints. Went to Integertel and sent them an email. No response as of yet.
This is not a service I ordered or need. The I noticed all the complaints against these two companies for cramming. So what to do. So far nothing. I do think we need to be able to have our local phone companies block charges such as these on our bills. This is rediculous.
