Three months ago I went to the Fashion Bug to buy nightgowns because it is so hard to find my size at other stores. I got them home and washed them all that night, before wearing them. Out of the four I bought one had lost a button, (No biggie, it can be resewn} but one of the other ones had started to loosen on the trim of a sleeve. Rather than deal with sales people, I decided to try to sew it myself.
On further examination, all the stitching was loose on that one sleeve. I went to the store and tried to exchange it and was told "CUSTOMER DAMAGE". How often have we all heard that catch all phrase? Now I have to find a new place to shop, but I kept the nightgown to remind me why I won't return to Fashion Bug.
