Wife submnitted to local high school booster club for silent auction certificates that gave "pressure washing" & "gutter cleaning". After work was done with addl pressure washing was performed customer owed 115.00 to company. V brooks (company owner who did work) wanted more money than indicted in amount of 165.00... Wrote check to company name then v brooks wanted check rewritten to him and not company due to not having a company bank account. I would not do that for something was not right about this. While talking to the school of whcih offered to pay me back the 50.00 from booster club and making them away of situation, I told them that a letter of 50.00 donation would be fine. I informed them not to accept any more from this person or company as they renig on agreements.
