This leather chair was purchased dec. 2006 at Brooks furniture in Lakeland Fl. We are seasonal residents and did not notice the defect. When we returned to Florida in nov. 2007 we saw the brown leather was peeling. Brooks furniture had the chair replaced. I understood that lazyboy Inc. Would cover this loss for Brooks. Now (end of feb.) the chair is peeling again. When I contacted Brooks they said I had to contact lazyboy. Lazyboy said I had to go back to Brooks. Since I have received no satisfaction from either company, I am lodging this complaint
