These were unable of creating an easy charge card info update wich led to me needing to call-over six-times and losing a lot of my tracks. Not just were they unable to repair an easy issue however the cause you to delay over an hour or so simply to reach the best person. And after you reach the "right" individual, they keep placing you on-hold before youare decreased to tears from disappointment.
The leader of the organization must fire everybody in customer support and employ more competent people.
I'll think hard about buying any support or gear from tivo if you don't feel just like being treated like dust.
