West Point Relocation All Point Van Lines
West point relocation all point van lost property, sketchy customer service, failure to deliver on time

I recently used West Point Relocation to move our household goods from Honolulu, Hawaii to Castle Rock, Washington. When the company showed to pack our things the price was increased due to the fact that they wrongfully measured our space. However, it was not a major increase so we complied.
We watched as they packed and took inventory on our things. They also made small talk with me seeing as they were regular customers at my former workplace. After they packed, everything was gone that we had told them to take.
Our problem arose once our delivery never came. We were quoted less than 4 weeks from December 29th. January 26th marked the 4 weeks and we did not recieve our items. We called the next day because we recieved no phone call or notification that our delivery would be late. We talked to many different people including Woody, Eugene and many others. All of which gave us answers that would quote, "get us off their backs". They told us such things as "In 3 days" or "by thursday". Meanwhile, no shipment arrived. We were living with nothing but the stuff we had put in our suitcases, and our daughter was 5 months old.
After about 5 different times of that occurring we finally called and demanded to know what was going on. It was then we spoke to Eugene to told us we would recieve our shipment on March 4th. An entire 9 weeks after shipment.
When the movers arrived we took inventory of our property, only to find out that we were missing items that totaled a loss of 1900. The moving men told us they would sign and attest to the missing items and that we needed to call and make a claim. Not to mention, they dropped off a bed frame that is not even ours that to this day I would love for them to come pick up and they haven't and won't.
It was during this claim that the frustration rose to an even bigger high. We never once recieved phone calls back regarding our property. We always had to call and initiate discussion of our problem. The answers we recieved were vague and always to call back. Yet everytime we called back, Maria was out sick or had left early for the day. Finally we call and get a quote back of approximatley 300 dollars. We politley refused and continued to try and talk to someone who could actually help. We were then quoted approximatley 700 and were then told that anything more would have to go through their arbitration company. I called the company and they wanted money to file my claim so I decided to review my options.
I am still currently trying to seek out my compensation for the lost items and the late fees. If anyone knows or could help that would be great. Thank you.
