Visited the corporation in Ridley OPark Pennsylvania, that will be section of AJAX, on 17 Feb 06 to-order a Dacor 30" gas cooktop. Requested salesperson if product was in-stock and was recommended it had been in a factory over the water which it'd be delivered about the 21 Feb. And So I put the order. Said I'd be obtaining a following range by email. 21 February may and went, no email. 22 Feb. Named their customer support, really rude individual (no-name provided) stated phone delivery. Called shipping no solution. 23 February phone delivery

Again, got camera, required data. On product. Waited two hours, no-call back. Again named client, this individual was only a little better and explained it had been on back-order and wouldn't be accessible till the 1 Mar. Questioned why did the salesperson rest in my experience about this being in-stock, it I understood it had been on back-order I'd have went elsewhere. Did not understand, must have not explained that, etc. Sent email to boss declaring the reality response mentioned *will look at and obtain back" However no response from him. Rec'd msg

2 Mar that product was delivered and assume to be always a delivery record connected with following range, wasn't there, delivered msg back to organization to please send it again. No solution. Perhaps it'll arrive here, but when you're searching for great support, stear from the corporation, negative information...
