If you should be considering putting an order with Botach Tactical, examine this first...
I recently put an order with Botach Tactical in November. The purchase was to get a CQC carbon-fiber holster with SERPA engineering. I obtained a holster after fourteen days of putting the purchase. I believed "Whoa, which was quick support!" However, after analyzing the holster, I understood they'd delivered one having a diverse end compared to one I'd requested.
I called Botach and described the mix-up together. They advised they needed the initial item delivered before they might send the right one. Origianlly, they needed me to pay for the delivery price to deliver back the wrong item. I subsequently requested to consult with a boss (Gabby) and he or she decided to send a delivery tag for that item.
I received the tag 2-3 weeks later.instantly (to lessen any more setbacks), I delivered the wrong holster back again to Botach.
Then I waited... And waited... And waited. Lastly, one 5 weeks later (mid-February) I named and questioned exactly what the standing of my purchase was. The response I acquired was "we are sold-out on that item, it ought to be in-stock in a few months."
And So I waited for 2 months before I called again. This time around, they mentioned that it had been in-stock also it could be delivered out if you ask me instantly. Once more, I waited another handful of months and attempted to contact them back to discover exactly what the order status was. Evidently, Botach has owner I.D., since today they do not actually reply the telephone after I contact. I often obtain the automatic reaction which informs me to push 0 for that operater. Therefore, I really do. And that I wait... And wait... And wait (and pay attention to the talk-radio for some time). Fundamentally, somebody may get the point after which instantly hang-up on me. It has occurred in my experience going back three months (about fifteen telephone calls). Not just do I've to cope with the stress of not obtaining the item that I requested, but I've been accumulating a pleasant telephone bill (because they don't possess a toll-free range).
Before quitting and simply allowing them to maintain the measly $30 I taken care of the holster, I created an attempt to get hold of them via email. You thought it... No reaction.
Fortunate for me, I came across this site and am finally in a position to reveal my disappointment. Should you spot an order with this specific organization, prepare yourself to develop some grey locks.
