I was signed up without my knowledge and have been charged for things I knew nothing about

I found out about this when I got my last bill. I have no idea who or what this company is. I have been charged for things I wouldn't even know how to do. I wouldn't know how to sign up for this even if I wanted to. I want to dispute these charges and will not pay them until this is resolved.
