Summary of Events that occurred with supposedly legitimate Para Legal' Steve Meyers and Gina Rosenberg. Their Real names are Daniel Gelruth and his wife Marsha Gelruth. I am not the first to be ripped off, or report this problem. I found three without even trying hard. Mine will make four.

On the morning of Sunday June 22 at around 9:30 am, Richard (SURNAME) along with his wife Sharon (SURNAME) had called a Para Legal business out of the phone book to help prepare documents for filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The person that answered the phone was a woman by the name of Gina. After Richard was talking with Gina for a few short moments, she said that Steve was available that very same day and could meet us at 12:00 pm. They also advertised that they were a mobile business and that they could come to our house if we weren't able to meet them at their office.
Richard asked them if there was anything he needed to do before they came, like gather all our bills and credit card statements and Gina replied that we didn't need to worry about anything because they would be able to pull up most of our information about our creditors and credit report through their high technology system of equipment that they said they roll around with them everywhere.
Then 12:30 pm comes around and Gina called and said that Steve was running very late (which he was already a hour late since our appointment was at 12:00 pm) and said that he would be here at around 1:00 pm. Steve finally showed up at our house at 1:38 pm.
Steve came in and seemed a bit frazzled and he seemed very tired. He had circles under his eyes and he appeared to be very slow in starting this process. All he had with him was a small black suitcase, a laptop and a white printer that he carried with him. There was NO high tech system that they supposedly rolled around.
Steve then proceeded to ask us where our bills were and who we wanted to have in our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He seemed a little irritated that we were not ready but then proceeded to say that we could just give him what we had on hand. Richard also explained that he asked all of this prior to the appointment and said that Gina said that they would pull up all our information through this high tech system that they had. Then Steve didn't say much and acted as if we were the ones that misunderstood.
Richard and Sharon then went through their house and gathered their bills in a hurry, feeling very stressed about this while Steve was waiting even though they had asked prior to the appointment if they needed to do anything.
Before Steve proceeded with the paperwork he said he needed to collect $750.00 up front before starting the process. We gave him cash and he printed a receipt and gave it to us.
Steve then started typing information on his laptop. At some point we asked him if he was feeling ok and he said no because he had just got into an auto accident 2-3 days prior and that he was taking pain killers because he had bruised his ribs.
So we offered him something to drink and he accepted and continued with the paper work. He continued to type information on his laptop and then about 3:30 pm, Steve had asked us if his secretary Gina could come in since she was waiting in the car and it was quite hot. We agreed for her to come in and also offered her something to drink as well.
During the time that Gina came in she was sitting near Steve and she started talking so much and telling us what the Bankruptcy laws were and what we should do in our situation. She was basically giving us legal advice even though we weren't asking her. She then proceeded to talk about her accident and that she was in the same car with Steve at the same time and also told us her dog was in the car and died in the accident. She then decided to show us her injuries and showed Richard and then pulled Sharon aside and literally showed her bruised breasts to Sharon which Sharon and Richard thought it was quite odd that she would even do that. It looked very painful. She also said she was on pain killers as well.
The whole time Gina was in Richard and Sharon's house she could NOT stop talking! She proceeded to make a phone call on her cell phone and went somewhat way up the stairs and sat down which kept her busy for a while which we thought was odd as well. Most people would go outside for a phone call but not up our stairs
Then it came to be around 5:45 pm and Gina and Steve got a phone call from someone who needed a key to close up their office. This person apparently didn't have a key and needed them to rush over there and lock up the office. Then Steve and Gina acted as if it was an emergency and they suddenly had to leave! Our paper work was NOT finished. They asked if they could come the following day to finish up the paper work. And so Sharon and Richard agreed. They said they would be here around 12:00 pm lunch time.
12:00 pm came around and Gina called and canceled and said that they had to reschedule because they needed to get their car back from the body shop. Then proceeded to make another appointment the following day and the same thing happened again. They kept rescheduling and rescheduling and Gina at one point said that Steve could come out one day later in the evening because the heat was getting to him and that it would be better to come at night. A week had gone by and we still did not meet with them to finish our paper work.
Sharon and Richard kept calling and calling to see when we could meet Steve since it was very important for us to finish our paper work so that we could file as soon as possible. Every time we would call, a lady by the name of Ms. Rosenberg was on the phone. We asked to speak to Gina and she said there was no one by that name. At this point we were getting very worried. Every time that we would call to schedule an appointment, Ms. Rosenberg was very short with us and tried to get us off the phone as quickly as possible. She never let us get one word in before the call was finished!
Ms. Rosenberg became very hostile and rude towards us. She complained that we didn't have our paper work ready and told us that Steve and Gina said that they were at our house until 9 pm on their first visit which was a complete lie. They came at 1:38 pm and left at 5:45 pm.
This hostility from Ms. Rosenberg continued and finally Richard spoke to Ms. Rosenberg and asked what was going on with everything? She then told us that in order for us to finish our paper work, we had to pay another $200.00 to get our paper work. Richard was shocked and couldn't believe what he was hearing! He had no choice but to pay it since we were desperate to get our paper work.
So then Richard meets Steve at another location which was at Starbucks in the Fed Ex Kinkos location. Steve supposedly proceeds to finish the last of our Bankruptcy paper work and Richard pays him $200.00. Richard leaves and at this point, we feel as if we had accomplished what we wanted to do and now it is time to file at the Bankruptcy Court.
Later we learned that all our Bankruptcy papers were bogus and we had been scammed! None of it was correct and a lot of information was missing. Gina and Steve whose names are not Gina and Steve are CON ARTISTS! Luckily, we were able to find a pro bono attorney in time, who is now helping us do our bankruptcy and we got our court appearance pushed back to another day so that our attorney had the time to fix all the bogus and false information. What a nightmare this has been!

On 6/22, Steve Meyers (who does not appear in the article) showed up at my house to prepare our paperwork. Mrs Rosenberg said he was their best and that he had a J.D. But hadn't passed the bar yet. I paid them $750 in cash and he issued me a receipt.

Please also remember they told me that two days earlier they had been in a severe auto accident and were all on painkillers. The rental car they got had broken air conditioning so "Gina" had to come into the house. They left and said they would be back the following day to finish. They never came back. After repeated attempts to reach "Mrs Rosenberg" I was verbally harassed and basically insulted. It wasn't until I agreed to meet Steve at Starbucks that is attached to Kinko's and give them 200 that she became civil again. Everything is very similar to the stuff in this gentleman's story.
(702) 204-1879 belongs to "All Courts Paralegal Services" apparently out of Henderson NV 89044. This is the number where "Mrs. Rosenberg" answers the calls and then becomes highly hostile when you try to talk to you. According to this gentleman's website:
