On or about April 2 I went on the internet looking for help for my ex-husband who is disabled and on a very low fixed income. I called All Courts Paralegal Service @ 702-204-1879 and explained his situation on a the home that he was living at foreclosed and was being evicted.
The woman claimed her name was Gina Martin. She told me Daniel's background such as he teaches a class at UNLV, was in the process of taking the test to become an attorney and the list goes on.
We met with Daniel on 04/04/08 at 7:30 pm at Starbucks, this was the only time and place that we could get since he was just working around the corner at a law firm which was in the Hughes Center off Paradise. She said that he does alot of business there since they have copy machines.
We paid Daniel a total of $800.00 for paperwork that the courts would not accept and/or were wrong. The first time that we met with Daniel I had told him what Gina had stated that filing these papers would hold the eviction for 6 to 8 weeks to give my ex enough time to figure out what he was going to do.
I told Daniel that he was on disablity with very low income and that he could not afford to throw this money away. He confirmed what Gina said. He was paid cash and the reason that we were given was that this was a quick filing and that they have gotten to many bounce checks. Paid him $400.00 and he did the paperwork and told us that we need to file ASAP and we did. He was given all the paperwork about the foreclosure etc. He said that all we had to file and the courts would rule on our answer. I went and filed and was told that my ex had to show to court.
I called and talked to Gina and was told that the courts were screwed and that she never heard of having to show up but she would talk to Daniel and get back to me. She called me back and I was told that Daniel needed to meet with me to go through what I needed to do and say at court and that everything would be fine. I was told to bring all my paperwork.
I met with him and paid him another $150.00 to do this. Cash of Course. After going to court my ex was told that he wasn't the owner of the home and that he had to immediately move out.
I immediately called Gina and made an appointment with Daniel mean while my ex had to go to the emergency room from all the stress. I explained what happened to Roy and that he was in the hospital and that he couldn't meet with Daniel. Gina explained to me what Daniel had said was that he had to force the courts to transfer the case to District Court which the lower court should have done. The way it was explained sounded logical.
I met with Daniel at a coffee shop off of Eastern/Wigwam. He was sighting all these NRS etc and said that he done all this research and talked to his lawyer friend to make sure the procedure and NRS accurate for this partial case.
I paid him addition $250.00 cash of course for the paperwork for district court and Justice Court. I had explained to both Gina and Daniel that this money was borrowed and that if he had to move out immediately he needed this money.
I stressed this that he would probably be out in the street. Daniel and Gina assured us that he wouldn't have to be out immediately. Daniel was just forcing the court to look at it and it would take time for the court date. Than I gave him the cash for this. I don't want anyone to thinkl that this poor guy was trying to get a free ride or anything. This home was a lease option and had given 16 months of payments ahead of time and the courts did not recongized this. Actually the judge said that the paperwork was done improperly for him to hear the case. Neither court would take the paperwork that Daniel did. It was wrong.
I called Gina immediately demanding his money back that he had to borrow. She said that she would have Daniel call me back. He never did and then when I called her back I heard in the back ground they called her Marsha. I called her on that and she didn't deny that her name was Marsha who is Daniels wife.
I told her that I was going to the proper authorities who ever would listen if she didn't refund the money. Marsha had called my workplace and talked to my Broker with false slanderous statements and threatened me if I didn't back off. I have filed a complaint with Nevada State Bar, Las Vegas business license and in the process of filing more complaints.
Since April I have received calls from her with threats if I didn't drop this matter. Alot since has happened and if anyone out there has dealt with the following companies listed below or the people listed below contact me @ [email protected]. I have listed where to go to file a complaint against this husband and wife team.
