When the service worked in the begining - it was worth the $40 buck that the infomercial suckered me into. After one year you have to renew - they double billed me for the $59.95 renewal fee.
I never knew of any phone company without a phone number... It is rediculous!!! This company has to hide becase they never gove out refunds - what a shady outfit. The onlly this worse then having to talk to a customer service rep in a third world country is having to type with them - there is NO phone number - you can never ever talk to anyone - you have to typpe on a chat with them.
I went through this typing nonsense 4 times and each time was promised a refund in 3-5 days - its a big lie!!!
The last email they sent me stated it was past the 30 days and I would not get a refund - DUHHHHH I asked for a refund the first time within 11 days - they have been giving me the run around for 45 dayys beyond that!!!

I am disputing both charges from MagicJack. I would never ever do any business with them and I hope pril gets spit on by a camel the next time she goes to the maket.
Guess what MagicJack people - real companys have phone numbers and addresses here in America - stop hiding your rip off scams behind some third world customer (dis) service that you have to type to and still get BS.
