I was called in May 08 by Universal Marketing aka Creative Home Mortages Del Ray Beach, FL. They explain to me that they would be able to sell my timeshare within 120 days and if not they would refund my 1390.00, well as time passed that did not happened. The many times I did call, I was told that they had a client pending loan approval and to call back in two weeks. The clients application for credit was not approved everytime, then that would add an additional month wait until another client applied for their loan.
I call many many times after that an would only get VM stating my call would be returned within 48 to 72 hours, never happened. I then call Creative Home Mortage CORP office, they gave me a number an assured me that a real person would pick up the phone, well it was the same VM from when I called Universal Marketing. This has been going on since May 5. I now realize after reading other report that I have been ripped off as well.
