Creative Vacation Solutions is a complete scam and being runned by one of Universal Marketing Solutions owners. They took me for over 2,000 and still have not sold my timeshare. Their website is even similar and the same as UMS, if someone calls you and says they have a buyer approved for financing dont believe all their BS and not to mention Creative Vacation Solutions was raided by the department of agriculture for illegal and fraudulent practices.
