Back in early February my wife sent a deposit on a kitten to Elise Favin of DC Dolls Ragdolls, and Boomerang Ragdolls Cattery, in Olney Md. For over a month Elise Favin has not responded to emails or phone calls from us to check on the status of our kitten until recently when she answered the phone and told my wife that the kitten died.
We have sent emails requesting our deposit back but once again cannot get a response from her. It states on her webpage that there are no refunds of deposits, however the check that was sent to her was memoed as being for a specific kitten that was alive and well but now supposedly has perished aka (sold for more money) After contacting other breeders, we have learned a lot about this breeder, and that this is not her first time for this either.
Anyhow RIP OFF is my first stop, as I have notified TICA, am obtaining a warrant in debt, and hotlinking everything through several search engines and Linkedin. Sorry Elise but it will end up costing you a lot more then the $300 I sent you. You shouldn't rip people off.
