Shipped incorrect item and agreed to that being returned, but refused to reimburse for shipping to do so. Customer Service said they weren't responsible for phone reps writing down incorrect item numbers.
In another instance, I paid extra for expedited shipping (4 - 5 business days). Item wasn't delivered for well over a week. Again, they refused to refund extra charges, claiming they weren't responsible for the trucking company's delivery times.
In yet a 3rd instance, their website was incorrect and they had prices reversed for different size product. After my order was placed, they corrected this and refused to honor the price shown on their website, claiming they have a "disclaimer" on an obscure page in their "Help" section. They were also out of stock yet their website said it WAS in stock.
