When I called to check on my complaint, she was very unprofessional and took the side of the company I made complaint against

On March 16 I left message with peggy cook to contact me concerning my complaint because I wasnt sure the time limit left and I had not heard anything from them conceerning my complaint She immediately in a verey un professional manner stated " Ms Tillman the bank is not going to reimburse you any more money and I don't think they violated regulation E!".
