After seeing a $72.21 charge to my bank account, I immediately called them and when they said "So sorry but your 7 day free trial ending June 1st, I responded with a very low firm voice and said "Ma'am, you will refund my money immediately or I will file a complaint against you with the Department of Professional Regulation."
She responded by cancelling the account and refunding my money. I took her name and the confirmation number. She said it will be 7-10 days before it is back in my account. If it doesn't happen, then I will file a complaint. My bank can give me the location of the business by looking at the transaction.
Always use state agency names, and if you threaten to make a complaint and they don't hop to it, then file the complaint. Most of them are under the eyes of the DPR - and they will investigate and if warranted, pull thier license if they are not above board. These companies know this, so use it!
