I purchased a mattress set from conns 02/14 (queen set), and the set is defective. They sent a mario out to inspect the mattress, and he said there is something definately wrong with the mattress, but, all he could do is submit the report.
I have yet to talk to anyone, I call at least 3 times a week, and I am always promsied someone will call me back, and they never do. I paid $617.00 for the set of bad mattress, and I think they should replace them, or refund my money
