They claim to be professional in Loan Modifications and Dan Shultz told me that he helped write some of the Loss Mitigation Laws. After hearing this I wanted to sign up with them as a Broker so that I would be able to help homeowners in my area. They charged me $410 to sign up with them and $375 per file plus an extra $375 deposit ($2,285) total. I sent them 4 files right away and after waiting 5 months nothing had closed and my clients were about to lose their homes so I had to contact the lenders myself and workout a modification for them and after I complained to them about their service they terminated our agreement and kept all the money. If you are a homeowner looking for help or a Broker looking to do loan modifications beware!
