They stated to me that for 495.00... I need to find properties (30% below) and go by there GLA List and I'll have over 10,000 investors calling me to take these properties from me for a commission (3-5%). That sounded GREAT!!! O.K... I did what they instructed me to do and I waited and waited and waited for all these Investors to call me... NOT ONE INVESTOR DID!!! I submitted over 5 properties and even there Support staff, which I found out consist of ONE person..."Donna"... Couldn't understand why it wasn't pick-up. Supposely they have over 10,000 investors... I firmly don't believe that anymore... This whole program is revolve around investors picking up properties and we getting a Commission for it. So if you have NO INVESTORS picking up properties then you have NO COMMISSION!!!
