The sales pitch was very convincing.."Buy Foreclosures".."You find it, We fund it"... 30% below fair market value... It sounded good and there are properties all over the place that fit their requirements and that they have over 10,000 investors who will buy these properties. That sounded really good, so I paid the 495.00 and I submitted several properties and out of 10,000 investors... Not one contacted me! Who are these investors??
