This company is base on "Investors"... They do not have over 10,000 investors... They only send out a e-mail in letter form to a few people in that state. I know that for a fact... They just add people to there investors list... These investors don't even know who "AMERACO" is. Ameraco is never verbally in contact with these so call Investors. This letter that they e-mail to these few investors is very limited in Info. About the property, so because of that 99% of the properties are not pick-up!!! Once again. This program is about investors and investors picking up properties and giving out a commission for locating them. Unfort. No properties are being pick-up and people are not getting any commission. You can't even make enough to get your 495.00 back... This program is very stressful!!!
