I order at the same time a laptop computer and digital camera from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. I paid in advance for the merchandise and as far as I could tell no mention was made of shipping and handling charges. Later I received a postcard in the mail from them stating that I had to pay an unspecified amount for shipping and handling when the laptop computer was delivered.
I had to call the phone number on the postcard which was not a toll free number to find out that the amount was $63.56. No mention was made of the digital camera. I have not received the digital camera or been given any reason as to why not and I have not received a refund for it.
