Charged for a dish unit that i did not have

This is a copy of the letter i emailed to dish, it tell the whole story

The end of november my dish malfuntioned and you sent a tech guy out. He said he couldn't fix my unit so he swapped it for a new one. When he was dune he took the old one with him.

Weeks later there was a message on my machine that i had to authorize the unit or send it back. I called support and explained to them that i had no unit and they said they would take care of it.

About a week later there was a message on my machine that i had to autherize or send back the unit and that they would send a box. I called support and again explained to them the situation and they said they wood take care of it.

About a week later a return box arrived on my step.
I called support and explained one more time the problem.
I was told to throw the box away and that they wood take car of it. A couple of days later ups showes up for the box and all we could do was send them away.

Days later there was a message on my machine threatening me that they could charge my credit card up to 900 dollars if i did not send this unit that i did not hav back to them.

Again i called support and this time i asked for a manager because it was clear that the phone people were not interested in helping me. The manager assured me she would take care of this problem but if my card was charged that they wood make sure and refund it back to the card.

Sure enouph later there was a 300 dollar charge on my card from dish. I called again and went threw it with them and was told that it would be refunded.

Then when my dish bill cums they had the guts to charge me tax an a bill that i never had to begin with.

Then another week passes and i call my card to see if the charge is still there and guess what?

Now that this has been drug out for so long i get to pay interest on a charge that i never should have had.

I have reached the end of my rope and am now contacting the B.B.B., the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection, ripoffrepord.com, and my state representatives.
